SOME FEATURES OF ELECTRODEPOSITION OF METALS FROM ELECTROLYTES WITH SURFACTANTS

چکیده

for a long time, the use of various surfactants in composition simple electrolytes by researchers to improve quality metal coatings with cadmium and zinc has been an urgent task.Surfactants contribute grinding coating structure, elimination their porosity appearance anticorrosion properties coatings. For example, electroplated require corrosion resistance, since they are operated tropical climates, underground tunnels. Zinc widely used building structures roofing, on electrified railways high-voltage power lines, mining industry water pipes, as well galvanizing body material modern all-terrain vehicles pass hard-to-reach places without being subjected corrosion. The object our research is process electrodeposition from acidic surfactants, which thiourea derivatives dialkyl-phosphorous acids current density range 0.5-3.5 A /dm2, at room temperature. To confirm obtained electroplating, we JSM-6490LV scanning electron microscope INSA Energu energy–dispersion microanalysis HKL-Basicc structural analysis systems useful magnification 300000.
